James Sellicks Special Projects was conceived in 1998 to consult and act for developer clients on the sale of apartments. JSSP has an impressive track record in Leicester city. It has advised on the vast majority of private residential development in the city ranging from schemes of only 9 apartments to over 300 apartments.
All the developments that the company has been involved in from conception through to the final sale have been successful. A few of the schemes that the company has sold include The Pick Building, The Needleworks, The Cotton Mill, The River Buildings and Zenith.
Development Finance
We are able to assist developers in securing development finance. We have been very successful in securing finance for developers at better rates than they are able to secure through their own strong banking contacts. Fees are only payable on delivery. We secured £55 million of development funding in the first half of 2006.
Development Consultancy
Through our in depth knowledge of the market place and development issues we are able to advise our clients on ways of adding value through design. This development consultancy is charged separately.
We are able to advise landowners and factory owners on alternative residential and commercial uses with a view to adding value.

James Sellicks Special Projects have a dedicated team of four very experienced agents exclusively selling apartments in the city and county. The team are trained to look after the specific requirements of developer clients. The selling teams database is linked to James Sellicks Estate Agents to give our clients maximum exposure to buyers.
