It is eight years now since we sold the first true loft style apartment at The Pick Building in Leicester City Centre. It is taking a long time for the city centre to turn the economic corner and bloom into a truly regenerated city, but real progress is now happening.
I am particularly excited about the first phase of the new office core being completed, the money being spent on our streets to improve their appearance and the new The Performing Arts Centre currently under construction. There are many other investments happening including the extension to the Shires Shopping Centre.
Leicester city currently offers great value for money in apartments compared to other cities in the Midlands,
